• The advance money may be sent by the post or hand to hand or in cheque in favour of SANGEE TOUR AND TRAVELS. The balance amount must be cleared beore 15 days of the journey ( cheque would be made before 20 days of the journey).Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled and advance payment money would be forfeited.
• You can make your booking within six months in advance. At the time of booking you have to pay Rs. 3000/- per head , along with the train tickets cost (its depend on your choice).
• Every passenger should carry only one bag/suitcase not exceeding 15 kgs.for children only
• In case of bus or tempo traveller ,we allot the seats on basis of lottery in presence of at least one member of each family.
• Cancellation Policy :

First        Within (60 days – 30 days) prior of journey – 25% of the service/tour cost + Rs.200/-

Second   Within ( 30 days – 15 days) prior of journey – 40% of the service/tour cost +Rs.500/-

Third       Within (15 days – 07 days) prior of journey – 50% of the service/tour cost +Rs.750/-

Fourth     Within ( 07 days – 02 days) prior of journey – 75% of the service/tour cost.

Fifth         Within 24 hours prior of journey or no show – NO REFUND.

• We Generally provide rooms on twin sharing basis, if you are THREE the discount amount will be given for same room sharing.
• We allot hotel rooms through lottery (Depends on the situation and hotels).
• The tour route could be changed due to natural calamity or unavoidable reasons.
• If the tour package is cancelled in case of natural calamity or accident, bondh/hartal etc.we generally refund the advance amount against a token service charge deduction,but if the tour is rescheduled , the tourist have to follow the new journey date.
• During travel , if you cannot participate in a site tour for your illness , unwillingness,or unpunctuality , we are not held responsible for that.
• We serve foods cooked by ourselves or hotel dishes.
• Our service includes fooding, lodging and managing site viewing (excludes train ticket and train foods).
• Generally, for site touring , we make arrangement for bus,tempo traveller, zeep, share taxi/tata sumo as per the availability on the actual site.
• In a site tour , we don’t take care of the entry fee, porter charge and other costs involved.
• Our vehicles service generally up to parking area, if the spot is too far from the parking area and if you have to need the alternative small vehicles or other service, the payment fully made by you.
• During the travel , for any accident, emergency, injury, theft, unnatural death, we would be beside you provided we are not held responsible for that.
• During travel , we do not give the permission for drinking or taking any banned intoxicating drugs.
• We advise you to be careful during travel lest your happiness does not become the reason of others sorrow.
• We do not take care of the cost incurred on your part for coming from your house to starting point ( e.g. railway station) and the same in applicable for the return journey.
• During the tour , we provide 2 litre of mineral water pre head per day.
• In tour cost does not include train tickets.
• In tour cost includes the GST 5% As per the Govt. of India.
• Tour price may be changed without prior of notice.
